Listen + Learn Becomes Unwritten
UK-based agency Listen + Learn has rebranded as 'Unwritten'. The new name reflects 'a broader focus on digital culture, and a more connected way of helping clients get to deeper, sharper thinking.'
The agency is based in Claygate, Surrey and was formed in 2011 by CEO Jeremy Hollow (pictured), who worked previously at Freshminds, Tribal and Verve. Unwritten combines AI-powered digital insight with cultural analysis to reveal how people make sense of the world and what that means for brands.
According to the firm, the rise of social and other digital media have led to 'a world of constant recalibration,' where new ideas catch on, beliefs fade and 'a meme becomes a worldview' with sometimes bewildering rapidity. Hollow notes on LinkedIn: 'Much of this happens subtly, but it shapes what people trust, what they choose, and what feels relevant. Over time, that has become a much bigger part of how we think about our work.' The company is helping brands 'understand the unwritten rules, cultural shifts and signals shaping people's lives.'
