New CRO for Upwave
In San Francisco, outcomes measurement platform Upwave has announced the hiring of former Comscore, Dynata and Publicis exec John Bulgrin as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Upwave's AI-driven SaaS platform measures and optimizes brand lift from advertising, providing real-time, top-of-funnel measurement for CTV, digital, retail media, social, streaming audio, linear, and addressable media. The firm also has offices in New York, is backed VC investors and was formerly known as Survata
Bulgrin (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience across media measurement, advertising technology and enterprise partnerships. At Comscore and Dynata he led revenue organizations focused on cross-platform measurement, audience activation, and outcomes-driven advertising solutions. Earlier he worked as an investment analyst at Publicis Groupe and co-founded a number of software startups. In his new role he will lead Upwave's revenue organization and help expand strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, media publishers and platforms. He replaces Joseph Zahtila, who has left the company after four years.
