Sprinklr Buy Rounds Out Multimodal Intelligence Offer
In New York, CX platform Sprinklr has acquired assets from ViralMoment, an AI-powered social video intelligence and analytics solution.
Sprinklr offers what it calls a unified customer experience management platform ('Unified-CXM'), capturing massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels.
ViralMoment's AI analyzes content frame by frame across visuals, audio and on-screen text to uncover emerging cultural and market trends, turning video into structured, actionable customer intelligence. It also allows users to understand why content resonates, and capture customer sentiment and product feedback expressed visually.
Karthik Suri, Chief Product and Corporate Strategy Officer at Sprinklr says the buy 'strengthens the firm's leadership in modern, multimodal customer intelligence', giving it the ability to 'see', interpret, and reason across video, imagery and audio - leading to new wave agentic AI systems 'grounded in real-world customer context.' This is seen as vital, as most customer feedback systems remain grounded in text, in an era where video is increasingly the key channel for influence and engagement.
ViralMoment CEO Chelsie Hall (pictured) says joining Sprinklr brings the firm's new approach to listening and understanding customers into an enterprise platform built to operationalize them at scale.
