Voxpopme Intelligence Added to Microsoft Teams
Voxpopme has integrated its customer intelligence offering with video collaboration suite Microsoft Teams, promising client companies the ability to put 'their complete body of customer intelligence at the fingertips of Teams users.'
Users can ask questions in Teams and receive answers drawn from the organization's repository of Voxpopme research, together with sources, allowing well-grounded information to be added into the flow of a conversation. The integration works by having Voxpopme Insights available as an app on the Microsoft Marketplace, from where it can be added to a Teams workspace - users then request a Reviewer seat from their Voxpopme Administrator, using their own Voxpopme credentials, and after access is granted, they can ask questions in everyday language.
Voxpopme founder and CEO Andy Barraclough (pictured) states: 'The hardest problem in insights was never capturing the customer voice. It was getting the evidence to the person making the decision, at the moment they are making it, wherever they are in the organization. By bringing Voxpopme into Microsoft Teams, we're putting the customer's voice at people's fingertips so non-researchers can make big decisions that are grounded in what customers really said.'
