Former FiftyFive5 Execs Form New Consultancy Instella
In Sydney, Australia, researchers Darren Kemp and Keira Braybrook have launched Instella, a company bringing together 'deep expertise in strategy, human understanding, and market dynamics' and focused on providing practical, actionable insights.
The new company promises a combination of multiple data sources, advanced research methodologies and senior-level expertise, with services spanning strategy development, customer insight, product and proposition design, and performance optimisation. Kemp co-founded FiftyFive5, which grew to a team of more than 200 people across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and London before being acquired in December 2022 by professional services giant Accenture. Braybrook also worked at FiftFive5, spending a dozen years rising through the ranks, having earlier worked for seven years at Ipsos and briefly at Xerox.
'We created Instella to bridge the gap between insight, intelligence and action,' says Kemp. 'Our focus is on helping organisations move faster, with confidence, by turning complex information into practical insights and strategies that drive growth.' Braybrook adds: 'At Instella our senior team work hands-on with organisations to enable a more tailored, agile, and collaborative way of working. We design bespoke approaches to truly answer the brief and deliver outcomes that are effective and implementable.'
