Full Circle Research Hires for European Expansion

US-based sample provider Full Circle Research is expanding into the UK and continental European markets, and has appointed Stephen Pendrell as Managing Director, based in London.

Full Circle was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in the Washington DC area, with twenty-five other offices across the US. The co-founder of the global MR industry ISO awareness campaign #QualtyForAll, it has itself been ISO certified since it was a year old. Its offering includes Survey Roundtable, a proprietary panel, and InstaConnect, a programmatic solution capturing hard-to-reach audiences. Its anti-fraud system includes respondent security screening tech HoNoR and a pattern recognition system called Watchdog.

The company is now establishing a dedicated regional presence, offering European research buyers direct access to its established quality, security and service model. Pendrell (pictured) will serve as its first sales leader focused on building and scaling revenue across the UK and Europe, responsible for leading commercial strategy and expanding market awareness. He brings more than twenty years' experience of commercial leadership, sales and go-to-market across research, MarTech and SaaS.

He joins from Quest Mindshare, where he was VP International Expansion; and before this served as VP Sales - UK at Cint, managing the UK P&L, leading a 15-person commercial team while the global business acquired and integrated Lucid. Prior to this he launched GWI's Corporate vertical, growing revenue from £0 to £4.3 million within three years; and early in his career he worked at Totaljobs and for three years as Head of Sales at eBay.
