Senior Commercial Hire for Spark Emotions
In London, behavioural science research company Spark Emotions has appointed Alexa Burns as Group Commercial Director.
Spark Emotions is part of a group called That Global View (TGV), with a sister company called That Media Group, a network of digital news and culture platforms. Spark Emotions' research is based around the application of psychology to commercial challenges, and the firm offers the Spark Moments tool, which promises rapid but deep behavioural and emotional insights. Both companies draw on the group's ORCA 24/7 intelligence engine, which filters continuous cultural and human data streams into predictive outcomes for brands. Founding team member Jack Hillaby recently rejoined the company as Marketing Director.
Burns (pictured) brings more than a decade of experience in consumer insights, behavioural science and innovation, including senior commercial roles at Streetbees, three spells in Business Development at Gartner, and sales work at LinkedIn and Workday.
