New UK Leader for 'Persona Intelligence' Firm Ogury

In London, persona-based advertising firm Ogury has hired Ben Chesters as Country Director UK, leading its operations in the region and driving expansion of its audience intelligence and activation capabilities among brands and agencies.

Ben ChestersOgury combines audience insight, planning and activation in one platform, using proprietary technology called Persona Intelligence to help marketers reach and engage their target groups of consumers. The firm was founded in 2014 with a specific focus on mobile ads - it has since broadened its focus, and now employs more than 500 people in operations across more than seventeen countries.

Chesters (pictured) brings nearly 25 years of commercial leadership experience across media, publishing and ad tech, most recently seven years at Hearst, where he was Managing Director, Clients, leading commercial strategy and managing revenue delivery and operational execution. Before this he was MD of the investment arm of Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), and earlier in his career he worked in senior consulting roles advising businesses on media strategy and investment allocation.

In his new role he will help guide the expansion of Ogury's operations in the region, including new CTV and agentic capabilities. He is based in London and reports to Global Chief Revenue Officer Raphael Rodier, who comments: 'The UK has been foundational to Ogury's growth and 2026 represents a pivotal moment for the company. Our recent launches in CTV and agentic advertising open new opportunities for brands and agencies, and Ben's background positions him perfectly to capture that momentum. Having led commercial strategy for one of the UK's largest media companies, he brings a deep understanding of what brands and agencies need.'
