Former Deloitte MD Montrosse Joins HFS

Joe Montrosse has joined tech markets analyst HFS Research as Executive Research Leader for IT Services, based in its Boston office.

Montrosse (pictured) brings more than 30 years' experience helping advanced technology executives transform operations to deliver new capabilities to their customers they serve, reduce fixed and variable costs, and optimize operating models. He spent eight years in engineering roles at General Motors, then eighteen at Deloitte, most recently as a Managing Director. He has also worked previously as a Senior Advisor for HFS, leading major client engagements and helping to mentor analysts: this includes working on a number of its AI-First Deal Labs, which help enterprises and service providers move beyond legacy FTE-centric contracts toward AI-first deals built around 'measurable outcomes, intelligent token economics, and sovereign data strategies.' He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from GMI Engineering & Management Institute, and is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business.
