Criteo Promotes to Replace Departing CFO
Commerce intelligence and ad targeting platform Criteo has promoted Chief Strategy Officer Connor McGogney to CFO, succeeding Sarah Glickman, who after six years in the role will remain as an advisor until the end of September.
Criteo's 'Commerce Media Platform' uses consumer purchase intent and other data from more than 740 million daily shoppers and $1 trillion in annual commerce sales, from thousands of partners in digital and off-line retail, to help clients connect with shoppers, facilitate product discovery, measure outcomes and personalize experiences.
McGogney (pictured) joined the company in 2018, and has since held senior leadership roles across strategy, corporate development and finance, including strategic priorities, financial planning, and capital allocation strategy. He brings more than twenty years' experience in corporate finance, capital markets and strategic planning, including leadership roles at Nielsen and Investment Banking at Credit Suisse; and holds a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
He continues to report to CEO Michael Komasinski, who comments: 'Connor brings a unique combination of finance and strategy expertise, capital markets experience and relationships, and a deep understanding of our business.'
