Funds for Agentic Intelligence Firm ShipLog

Paris-based Shiplog, which uses agentic customer intelligence for online personalisation at scale, has raised just over EUR 800k in pre-Seed funding.

Khushi MehtaShipLog was established this year by Khushi Mehta and Mehdi Gribaa, and offers an AI agent called Ada, which evaluates individual customers at all stages of their journey, prioritizes and takes action in real time. The firm says existing tools from customer data and customer success platforms, personalisation engines and marketing automation are all ripe for replacement by agentic, adaptive software, with customers ceasing to act like part of a cohort and beginning to behave like individuals or 'segments of one'. ShipLog plugs into existing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Shopify and Stripe, and Ada continuously updates the data it holds on each consumer and automatically personalises marketing, product interfaces, onboarding, recommendations, support and other interactions.

'We believe every piece of software that interacts with customers will eventually become adaptive,' says CTO Gribaa, 'reasoning about each person in real time instead of relying on static rules. Every customer should experience a different version of the same product, marketing campaign and customer journey. That is the future we are building towards.' CEO Mehta (pictured) says on LinkedIn; 'Most companies invest heavily in their largest accounts while managing everyone else with a generic playbook. The same onboarding. The same emails. The same renewal process. But that long tail represents the majority of customers and often the biggest revenue opportunity. ShipLog changes that. Ada gets to know every customer individually, just as your best account manager knows your biggest account. Ada builds a live profile for every customer, understands how they behave, and recommends the right next step.'

Based at Station F in Paris, the firm is currently piloting with partner companies, adding to integrations and growing its engineering team. The round was backed by Kima Ventures and Project Europe, alongside Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN and Station F Fund.
