Funds for AI-Based CRM Specialist Superleap

Bengaluru, India-based CRM software company Superleap has raised $3.7m in seed funding, with which to further develop its core machine learning model and autonomous task agents, and drive enterprise customer acquisition in the mid-market financial and commercial sectors worldwide.

Superleap logoThe company was founded in 2024 and is led by CEO Subham Kumar Boundia, and co-founders Alok Maurya and Saurabh Maheshwari, all former employees at Unacademy. Its platform aims to replace legacy database workflows with natural-language interfaces and automation, bringing together revenue data, customer intelligence and AI agents on a single platform. The company promises to help enterprises migrate from legacy CRMs in a matter of weeks, with no disruption.

Superleap's software consists of unified data platform SuperOS,; customer intel layer SuperSense; and SuperAgents, an agentic layer which automates tasks across the revenue cycle. It also includes AI voice bots, conversational intelligence and MCP integrations, allowing users to access CRM from within standard packages including WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams, and GenAI tools including Claude and ChatGPT.

CEO Kumar Boundia says of the funding: 'Superleap has a simple ambition: to make companies love their CRM again. As revenue teams increasingly move towards AI-native systems, we believe real AI adoption cannot happen without a change in the core system of record. We are building an agentic operating system that can actively support the entire revenue motion driven by humans & AI agents in tandem, enabled through an in-house Forward Deployed Engineering service model. This fundraise will help us accelerate our product development, expand our enterprise presence, elevate the customer service standards further and advance our mission of reimagining the CRM category for modern revenue teams.'

The investment came from Peak XV Partners, formerly Sequoia Capital India.
