Enhancements for InnovateMR Data Quality Suite
In Calabasas, California, InnovateMR and its B2B wing Ivy Exec have upgraded their quality suite, Quality IQ by Innovate. The expansion adds advanced identity verification through Verisoul, new features for Text Analyzer (TA), and new facial recognition integrations.
InnovateMR provides tech solutions for agile research, operating panels of diverse business and consumer audiences. In January 2023 it acquired Ivy Exec, giving its clients access to a network of more than 2.5 million B2B professionals for qualitative research.
QualityIQ by Innovate is a formal structure bringing together the firms' experience in protecting data before, during and after survey participation - rather than relying solely on post-field data cleaning.
The firm says the integration of Verisoul adds another powerful layer of protection to help identify fraudulent respondents before they ever begin a survey. Verisoul analyzes hundreds of device, browser, network and behavioral signals to detect sophisticated fraud techniques including bots, duplicate identities, emulator usage, virtual machines, VPN abuse, residential proxy networks, and coordinated fraud rings.
The proprietary AI-powered Text Analyzer (TA) platform is used internally as part of InnovateMR's respondent quality screening, and is available to clients as both a real-time and post-survey validation solution. The tool does not focus primarily on response length or keyword matching, but evaluates contextual relevance, semantic consistency, coherence, duplication, gibberish, profanity, AI-generated response patterns, and other indicators of low-quality participation. Adding to recent upgrades widening language support and defending against sophisticated AI fraud, the latest changes allow researchers to analyze completed studies through batch file uploads or seamlessly integrate Text Analyzer into existing workflows through a newly enhanced API.
QualityIQ also incorporates the company's proprietary respondent reputation intelligence, built from years of global sample management and respondent quality monitoring, and continuously refined as new behavioral patterns emerge. This looks at historical participation behavior, quality signals, engagement patterns, and authentication history to develop a more complete understanding of respondent reliability over time.
The companies say their layered approach - combining technology, proprietary intelligence, expert oversight, and continuous monitoring - recognizes that no single technology can solve every quality challenge.
Amanda Keller-Grill (pictured), SVP, Global Quality & Research Excellence states: 'Data quality isn't a problem you solve once - it's a commitment to continuous innovation. Fraudsters continue to adopt new technologies, including AI, automation, and identity manipulation, which means quality must continuously evolve alongside them. The latest investments in Verisoul, enhancements to Text Analyzer, facial recognition capabilities, and respondent reputation intelligence represent another major step forward in building the industry's most comprehensive quality ecosystem.'
