Nature Elevates Two to Partner Level

Strategic advisory firm Nature has promoted to create two new Partners, Lizi Pritchard and John Crowley, effective immediately.

Nature was founded in 2006, has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. and combines quant and qual consulting, behavioural science, brand strategy, cultural intelligence and AI-enabled tools.A Certified B Corporation, it has been named The Research Society's Research Organisation of the Year three years running, and has been growing rapidly for some time.

The firm says the promotions reflect the significant contribution made by both individuals to the growth of the business, 'their exceptional leadership, and the impact they continue to deliver for Nature's clients, team and business more broadly.'

Pritchard joined the company seven years ago as part of the launch of the Sydney office, has grown and led some of its largest client partnerships, and led the B Corp certification drive. Nature says her influence 'extends well beyond Sydney, helping shape Nature's culture, values and long-term direction.'

Crowley joined Nature four years ago following a career across the UK and Australia with organisations including TLE and Fifth Dimension. He brings deep expertise in customer strategy and experience, particularly in service industries, and has played an important role in developing areas of Nature's intellectual property and supporting the continued growth of the broader business.
