Microsoft Product Leader Joins Sprinklr Board

In the US, Unified CXM platform Sprinklr has appointed Jordi Ribas, a veteran of Microsoft and currently its President of Search & AI, to its Board of Directors.

Ribas (pictured) has been with Microsoft for more than 26 years and currently leads the product, engineering and growth teams for Bing and for the Web IQ search engine for agents. His team launched the software giant's original Copilot AI system, and have played a major part in the development of Azure, Office and Windows, as well as partner products like OpenAI's ChatGPT. He is the author of more than 50 technical publications, 20 U.S. patents, and technical article contributions to standards such as ISO MPEG-4 and ITU H.264.
