Uniphore Launches Twin-Based Prediction 'Flywheel'

Palo Alto, California-based company Uniphore has launched Marketing AI, which aims to help marketers to understand customers, predict their next actions and simulate marketing outcomes before committing budget.

Umesh SachdevUniphore's platform connects enterprise data, fine-tunes AI models and deploys agentic AI across the enterprise, helping to improve productivity and boost business growth. The company has invested in data and insights firms over the last four years, acquiring British-based voice capture platform Red Box, behavioral tech firm Hexagone, and data firms ActionIQ and Infoworks. Fourteen months ago it launched Marketing Agents, a suite of AI tools promising faster access to data and segmentation of audiences.

Marketing AI builds a living digital twin of each customer, a 'small language model' (SLM) based on the person's unique behavior, learning how individuals think and respond, and predicting outcomes at the individual level, then summing these to provide revenue predictions, along with likely conversions and drop-off rates at every node of the journey.

The new system continuously learns from every customer interaction, making its predictions more accurate with every cycle. Once actual results are in, these are compared to the simulation-based predictions at every campaign node, to refine the twin and retrain the models.

Umesh Sachdev (pictured), CEO and co-founder of Uniphore, states: 'You will know your customers better than you ever have. That is the power of the Marketing AI flywheel. With an iterative system that builds intelligence and decisioning around the individual customer, not the campaign, accuracy continuously compounds and the forecast becomes the plan.'
