Funds for French Customer Analyst Actionable
Paris, France-based customer intelligence and predictive analytics startup Actionable has raised EUR 8.6 million in funding. The money will help expand its product, data engineering and sales teams, scale its international reseller partner networks, and accelerate its US market entry.
The firm was founded in 2024, is led by co-CEOs Nicolas Rieul and Nans Thomas (pictured) and works for large enterprises in retail, financial services, insurance, transport and energy, helping to predict customer behaviour using AI-powered customer intelligence. Its software connects to companies' existing data, ingesting unstructured transactional logs, CRM data, web analytics and cross-department operational metrics, rapidly creating a standardized, industry-specific customer journey model. The firm claims to help users identify hidden risks and their causes, automate interventions to address them; and to predict repeat purchase behavior.
'Putting an LLM on top of a data warehouse is not enough: without business context, an AI reads raw tables very badly,' says Thomas, quoted on the EU Startups news site. 'The hard part is turning hundreds of tables and in-house definitions into a customer model a machine can use without getting it wrong. That is what we spent two years building, industry by industry.'
The round was led by Hi Inov, with participation from existing investor Axeleo Capital. Earlier, the company had raised EUR 2 million in a pre-Seed funding round.
