DV Adds Conversational Interface
Media verification specialist DoubleVerify (DV) has launched a conversational AI tool called Ask Neura. Advertiser and agency clients can now interact with the company's data using natural language, directly from the DV Pinnacle dashboard.
DV is in the process of being acquired by Nielsen - the ratings giant is paying $13.60 per share in cash, valuing the company at around $2.15 billion.
Ask Neura is powered by the DV Neura cognitive engine, embedded across the DV Media AdVantage Platform (DV MAP), which brings together media verification, performance optimisation and campaign outcome measurement. Clients can now analyse campaign effectiveness at any point in their workflow across fraud/invalid traffic (IVT), brand suitability, viewability, geographic alignment and attention; and can dig deeper into their data, and see the reasoning behind the recommendations the platform makes.
CEO Mark Zagorski (pictured) says the new tool also helps democratise decision-making across the organization. He comments: 'Conversational AI shouldn't just make it easier to find the answers you're already looking for. It should surface insights you may not have known to look for in the first place. With DV's Ask Neura, marketers can uncover what matters faster and take action that drives impact.'
The firm is online at www.doubleverify.com .
