C-Suite Promotion for Logit's Steve Male

In Toronto, Canada, The Logit Group has announced the promotion of Steve Male to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), underscoring the growing importance of innovation in its operations and services.

The global MR execution firm provides online, telephone, qualitative and in-person research services among B2B and consumer audiences, and is the home of the Zamplia sampling platform. The company topped the GRIT report 2025 listing of Most Innovative Field Services Providers, appearing on the wider GRIT Top 50 Most Innovative Companies list for the sixth time running.

Male (pictured) joined the firm as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2016, when it acquired Cido Research - he was previously Cido's Director of Online Services & Marketing. Earlier he worked as Director of Marketing at Winning Research. During the last decade he has driven the development of Zamplia, and the establishment of an AI practice. He was last promoted just under three years ago, to the newly created role of EVP of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships.

In his newly expanded role, while continuing to lead Zamplia, Male will lead Logit's company-wide innovation strategy, including new product and service development, internal process improvement and the continued advancement of its AI practice. He will also advance its portfolio of proprietary innovations, including anti-fraud tool Calibr8, QuestionIQ, SLA and Votified.
