Norstat Integrates Brands from Three Acquisitions
Data collection group Norstat is consolidating brands, moving its Offerwise, National Sample and Sample Solutions businesses to operate as one company under the Norstat name.
The firm says the three acquisitions were among the most significant in its history - it has acquired a total of eleven firms in recent years, as it expands beyond its northern European base to develop a global offer.
Norstat now has proprietary panels of 14 million respondents across 45 countries in Europe and the Americas, and offers sample-only, full-service and digital products and solutions including MyNorstat, Norstat Express and Norstat Studio. The Norstat Expert Network, connecting clients with hard-to-reach B2B decision-makers and niche audiences and building on Sample Solutions' digital recruitment capabilities, further complements this.
Group CEO Erling J.B. Eriksen (pictured) comments: 'Bringing these businesses together under one brand marks the successful completion of integration and creates a strong foundation for the next phase of our growth. It is another important step in our global expansion strategy, strengthening our capabilities and reinforcing our position as a global leader in data collection.'
Offerwise's Rob Dolafi now serves as Head of Norstat Americas, and National Sample's Tomá&szatz; Říha is Managing Director of Norstat s.r.o., while Sample Solutions' Carsten Broich serves as Managing Director of Norstat Expert Network.
