STRAT7 Rolls Out Nucleus and 'New Standard'
STRAT7 has made its always-on intelligence platform Nucleus available to clients, as part of its launch of a 'New Standard' approach to tackling business challenges.
The STRAT7 Group is headquartered in London with offices in Amsterdam, Burgas, Leeds, New York, Sofia, Stockholm and Sydney, and employs more than 350 people. The Group Consists of seven agencies, all with names prefaced by STRAT7: Advisory, Audiences, Bonamy Finch, Crowd DNA, Incite, Jigsaw and Researchbods.
The group says companies are 'being asked to make bigger decisions, faster' in a rapidly-changing business environment, and forced to make trade-offs between 'the scale of a large network, the depth of a specialist and the speed of an AI platform'. The 'New Standard' sees a senior team at STRAT7 take responsibility for bringing together the benefits of all of these, drawing on expertise and technology from across the group for each client challenge.
Similarly, Nucleus promises to bring together clients' knowledge from different sources - such as communities, brand trackers and research reports - in a growing repository which can be questioned in plain language. Each answer links back to its sources and carries a confidence rating based on the available evidence - this will indicate what a company already knows and flag up where fresh research is genuinely needed.
Nucleus, which can be used on its own or connected to existing platforms, also includes digital twins of customer segments. These can be built around wider demographic groups and custom audiences, or grounded in a client's own research and data, and can be engaged in live conversations, and used for initial tests of concepts in real time.
'We set out the 'New Standard' because insight has a much bigger role to play in business,' claims CEO Barrie Brien. 'Our clients bring us some of their toughest strategic questions, about where to grow, what customers need and what to do next. Insight teams should be at the centre of those conversations, and we want to help make that happen.' COO Jonathan Clough (pictured) adds: 'Research shouldn't stop at the report. Too often, what a project uncovers gets filed away and is hard to find when the next question comes up. Nucleus changes that. Every new study adds to what came before, so each piece of work starts from further ahead. The value of insight compounds over time.'
The firm says a new visual identity will accompany the New Standard. The firm is online at www.strat7.com .
