PureSpectrum Hires Customer Experience Leader
PureSpectrum has appointed Brett McCready as EVP Customer Experience, focused on developing and deepening client partnerships. His twenty plus years of MR industry experience include work for Dynata and Toluna.
PureSpectrum was founded in 2016 by former Cint US MD Michael McCrary, as a marketplace for buyers and sellers of online sample. Its sample management platform includes the proprietary PureScore respondent-level scoring system, launched at the beginning of 2020.
McCready (pictured) worked until recently at Dynata, where he was Senior Vice President of the Corporate Sales Region, managing a $20m portfolio of enterprise clients and leading a team of Account Directors. Before this he spent five years at Critical Mix, which was later acquired by Dynata. Before Critical Mix he worked for around eight years at Toluna (formerly Greenfield Online), latterly as Assistant Vice President of Client Development.
In his new role, he will lead efforts to deepen client relationships and deliver 'a consistent, high-quality experience' across the customer base - the firm brands this as 'PSX, the PureSpectrum Experience.' Company President David Butler comments: 'The continued success of PureSpectrum stems from our talent density and our relentless focus on quality. Brett has built his career on close client partnerships and accountable, high-performing teams. He's a great addition to our team, and our clients will be the beneficiaries.'
The firm is online at www.purespectrum.com .
