CMB Rolls Out 'Always-On' Research Suite

In Boston, MA, insight firm CMB has announced the launch of a portfolio of always-on decision support solutions called the Decision Intelligence Suite. The suite integrates existing insights, new data, predictive analytics and external market signals.

Jim GarrityFormerly known as Chadwick Martin Bailey, CMB combines expertise in advanced analytics, consumer psychology and market strategy, and has been owned by corporate engagement solutions firm ITA Group since 2017. Its current approach to serving clients is known as AI+HI - integrating 'advanced, validated AI and analytics' with rigorous research methods, consumer psychology, business context and experienced human judgement.

The new suite includes Intelligent Agents, which help teams move quickly from research results to the implications behind them, using a conversational interface; Intelligent Simulators, which allow the exploration of alternate scenarios through the integration of predictive models and related research data; always-on and regularly refreshed Intelligent Personas, allowing rapid testing of new ideas and follow-up questions against AI agents trained to accurately represent past research results; and Intelligent Signals, which monitor and analyze external conversations and market developments, from sources including social media, news, search, AI platforms and financial data.

According to CEO Jim Garrity (pictured), 'The next generation of insights will not come from AI alone or human judgement alone. It will come from bringing the two together around the decisions that matter. Our Decision Intelligence Suite turns research from a point-in-time deliverable into a living decision capability. It gives teams a trusted way to listen for change, understand what it means, test their options, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.'
