Respectable Growth in Q3 for Ipsos
Ipsos has announced revenue of EUR 636.2 million for the third quarter, flat on a reported basis but representing organic growth of 2.0%. Growth was driven by strong performances in EMEA, China and the Citizens business.

Performance by Region
Revenue in the Americas declined, on an organic basis, by 1.2% during the quarter. Ipsos says results are below its expectations, mainly reflecting H1 delays in the execution of its Horizons strategic plan. Elsewhere in the world, Q3 saw respectable organic growth, with EMEA up 3.5% despite conflict-related decline in the Middle East, and Asia Pacific up 4.3%, led by continuing good performance in China but supported by an upturn in India.

Performance by Audience
There was strong organic growth (8.6%) in the group's Citizens business line, including Public Affairs and Corporate Reputation work; and among Doctors and Patients (5.7%). Revenue among Consumers, which make up nearly half the group's business, audience, as flat the Clients and Employees audience declined. The group says its innovation and marketing spend optimization solutions, are a growth driver while others such as ad campaign measurement suffered from difficult comparatives having grown particularly strongly a year ago.

Ipsos says a number of multi-year agreements secured since March support its continuing belief in the strong future of the Citizens segment, while an increase in new drug approvals in the USA is driving demand for Citizens and Patients work in the US, as is 'sustained pharmaceutical innovation.'
The DIY platform Ipsos.Digital continues to grow rapidly, adding 14% (organic) to revenue in Q3, boosted by new capabilities including synthetic respondents and other AI-powered features. Use of the platform within the group is also likely to increase as a result of the Speed program, which aims to deliver the majority of research projects in less than 48 hours.
Outlook
Since the summer appointment of Kelly Beaver (pictured) as CEO, Ipsos has strengthened leadership in execution of the Horizons programme delivery around Globally Managed Services, organizational deployment of AI, and Technology. The group also points to a new strategic partnership with Google Cloud to deploy agentic artificial intelligence at scale; the programme promoting the prioritised use of Ipsos.Digital; and the launch of new AI-powered solutions across more markets, as developments to watch in the near future. The group has revised its organic growth outlook for full-year 2026 to between 1.2% and 1.5%, compared with 0.6% in 2025, despite a 'persistently uncertain' macroeconomic and geopolitical environment.
