Senior Appointment for InsightExpress
US online MR firm InsightExpress has hired Fern Schapiro as Executive VP of Client Service and Marketing. Schapiro has worked for TNS NFO for the past 18 years in various client service functions, and was most recently Senior VP overseeing the company's largest business unit.
Earlier, she led TNS NFO's Beverage Group nationwide. Prior to NFO, Fern worked for NPD Research as an Account Manager servicing major packaged goods clients. She has an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Brandeis University.
Chairman and CEO William Lipner says he has worked very closely with Schapiro for nearly 20 years, and is 'very familiar with Fern's outstanding leadership skills and her ability to develop and nurture a world class client service organization'.
