Launch of 'Mums' Opinions'

Research Now have announced a new online panel of 5,000 plus new and expectant mothers, developed in partnership with parenting experts Bounty. The panel makes use of Bounty's database of more than 8.5 million mums and dads, the largest in the UK.

The mums have opted-in to participate in the research, and will provide information over the course of their pregnancy and early motherhood. The panel is made up of respondents from the first trimester of pregnancy through to the mothers of children aged two years, and is refreshed on a quarterly basis to ensure there is always a supply of members in the first trimester. Mums are invited to join through the Mums' Opinions website (www.mumsopinions.co.uk ).

According to Bounty's Head of Research Sue Dwyer, the panel will 'enable brands to monitor purchase habits as well as the changing attitudes and motivations experienced by mums'. John Caldwell, Director of Client Services at Research Now! said that the online panel 'will provide a unique resource for marketers and market researchers within the baby care industry', faster and more cost effective but with 'high standards and quality guaranteed'.

Bounty has been supporting mothers and health professionals since 1959 by distributing literature and product samples, and via Bounty.com has an active on-line community of 1/4 million mums with an average session time of 10 minutes. It employs over 750 people across the UK. Research Now! Are online at www.researchnow.co.uk
