Three Customer Service Hires at InsightExpress

Online MR firm InsightExpress has appointed Courtney Brown, Meredith Klein-Hertzel and Jenna Hensel to its customer service team.

Brown joins as Project Manager in the company's office in Stamford, Connecticut. Most recently, she was MD of the Huntington Learning Center in Westport, CT, where she was responsible for curriculum development, staffing, sales and profitability.

Klein-Hertzel has been appointed as Customer Service Representative, also to the Stamford office. Previously, she worked at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA, as Assistant Manager of Racquet Sports. She has held a number of customer service positions in the entertainment and sports service industries.

Hensel, who joins as a Project Manager in the San Francisco Office, is a recent graduate of Arizona State University where she earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. Her most recent position was as a member of the Media Production Committee for the International Latino Film Festival.

Dave Kmetz, Director of Customer Service, explained that the company has expanded its Customer Service team by 25% over the last quarter, and hailed the new appointments as 'an important step forward in the continued evolution of our company'.
