Mystery Shopper Opens in Brazil
US-based mystery shopping specialist Bare Associates International is opening a new corporate office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ronaldo Carlos de Oliveira, Director of Business Development, will head it up.
Bare currently has Brazilian clients in the automotive, hospitality and retail industries. With the new office, it hopes to expand into other Brazilian industries, including financial services, health and fitness, and government agencies. The company is currently recruiting new mystery shoppers in Brazil.
De Oliveira has a background in customer service, having spent several years with the Hyatt and Holiday Inn chains. He also has experience in accounting and auditing.
Bare, which also has corporate offices in Belgium and India, has 7,500 global customers, and performs more than 20,000 shopping sessions each month. Michael Bare, the company's President, says the new office 'gives us the opportunity to introduce South America to this essential customer experience measurement tool that will help to build loyalty and strengthen customer-centric business'.
