IPSOS Appoints European Omnibus Champion
Tony Harper has been promoted to Senior Director in Ipsos UK's Observer division, which is responsible for the company's European omnibus services including the Capibus survey.
Harper's promotion comes after six years with Ipsos Observer, where his work has included launching the innovative i:omnibus. In the new role, he will be responsible for expanding online and offline omnibus services across Europe, as well as leading all global omnibus services in the UK.
He will report to Ipsos Observer's MD, Ian Wright, who describes Harper's experience in omnibus research as 'unrivalled'. Wright says the appointment 'will be central to further enhancing our services around Europe'.
Harper says his aim in the new role is to 'build on Ipsos' legacy as the market leader in the European omnibus arena, and to spread the reputation of our omnibus capabilities internationally'.
