Four Appointments for Fast-Growing InsightExpress

US agency InsightExpress continues its rapid expansion with four more appointments, three of which are newly created positions. Patricia DePietto joins as Group Director for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) from Ipsos, while the company has also hired a Marketing & Communications Manager and two more members of its Client Service team.

At Ipsos, DePietto was responsible for building and leading a CPG client service team, and has held several other client service roles in her 18-year research career. Before working at Ipsos, she was a VP at Mark Clements Research in New York.

In her new role, she will be responsible for research sales and client service needs for the company's CPG sector, for defining the sector's strategic direction, and overseeing business relationships.

Fern Schapiro, Executive VP of Client Service and Marketing, says she is confident that DePietto's commitment to client service and 'extraordinary research and business development skills' will help to expand the company's presence in the CPG sector.

Jenny Donohue joins the company in the new position of Manager of Marketing & Communications. She previously worked as Director of Marketing & Communications at Maurice Villency, and as Manager of Brand/Advertising, Small Business Services at American Express. She has an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.

The company continues the expansion of its Client Service Organization with two new positions. Keith Busch has been promoted to Account Manager, Emerging Markets in the Stamford office and Dana Taylor joins the company's Seattle office as Account Manager, Advertising.

Busch has been promoted from his role as Project Manager, where he managed custom online research studies, including ad/concept testing, brand tracking, segmentation and customer satisfaction. Before joining Insight Express, he spent five years as a Corporate Relocation Consultant for Cendant Mobility Services.

Taylor, a freelance copywriter and brand strategist, began her career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. She has also worked as Copywriter for Mervyn's in Hayward, CA. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with agency brand planners.
