Rapid Results from Australian Car Buyers

The newly created Synovate Motoresearch division in Australia is to launch Synovate24, an automated customer loyalty tool for car dealers. The service uses technology to monitor customer feedback the day after a transaction, and provides dealers with an immediate analysis of customer satisfaction.

The programme, due to be implemented early next year, also provides comparative data, allowing dealers to benchmark their businesses and identify any problems. It has been developed with input from the automotive industry, and is based on the NADA24 programme run by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in the US.

Synovate Motoresearch Global CEO Scott Miller says Synovate24 will 'empower car dealers in Australia, and enable them to monitor and respond to their customers' needs in a more accurate and timely manner'. He adds that experience in the US shows that the tool 'improves overall customer satisfaction, and can help dealers turn a dissatisfied customer into a loyal, repeat client'.

Peter Riley, Director of Motoresearch Australia, believes the service will 'enable Australian dealers to listen to their customers with a frequency and consistency that was just not possible before'.

Synovate Motoresearch Australia was launched last month (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4605.htm ) following the company's acquisition of Market Equity (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4520.htm ).

The company is online at www.synovate.com.
