UK Recruiter Adds MR Division
UK-based recruitment consultant Major Players has hired Tim Boddy to head up a new Market Research division. Boddy has worked for a number of the sector's specialist recruiters in the last five years, including PriceJamieson and RP Cushing.
 Major Players, based in London's Covent Garden, currently specialises in recruitment to the design, digital and marketing industries. Explaining the company's move into MR, MD Jack Gratton says the company wants to become 'marketing's favourite recruiter'. To do this, he says, the company 'needed to complete our coverage of the marketing sector as a whole'.
Boddy describes the establishment of an MR division as 'a challenge - but a hugely enjoyable one'. He says his aim is to 'make our services as indispensable to clients and candidates in the market research sector as they already are to clients and candidates in our existing specialist areas'.
