Software Provider is MRA's First to be 'Celebrated'

San Francisco-based software company CfMC is the first winner of the Celebrated Company Award for outstanding volunteer efforts and support, introduced by the US-based Marketing Research Association (MRA).

MRA President Jane Cook, announcing the award at the MRA's annual meeting in Las Vegas, said CfMC had always 'allowed its employees to be active on both the National and Chapter levels... This company not only supports MRA but also is a visible supporter of standards and practices in the industry. The staff has always conducted themselves with the highest ethical integrity reflecting well on the entire profession.'

CfMC introduced the first computerized tabulation program when it was founded in 1967, and its products and services now include CATI and CAPI software Survent; WebSurvent; and tabs and reporting system Mentor; plus two service bureaux.

CfMC President Richard Rands said it was 'a great honor for CfMC to be singled out for this distinction by one of the most significant marketing research trade associations.' CfMC has offices in San Francisco, Denver, New York, and London and is on the web at www.cfmc.com . The MRA's home page is at www.mra-net.org ..
