Indian Outsourcer Moves Into Canada
India's Karvy Global Services Limited, which provides oustourced MR analytics services, is expanding its operations into Canada through a partnership with Sol-Core, a consulting firm based in Toronto.
Sol-Core will act as a broker for Karvy's services in Canada, providing solution development, contract formulation and client management services. Arthur Flew, CEO of Karvy, explains: 'Canada is a key market for us. We wanted to differentiate ourselves by offering our clients a team that could provide both local support and process outsourcing expertise.'
Sol-Core offers business, process, IT and legal services. Taylor Mieske, the firm's co-founder, says Karvy brings 'an exceptional business process outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing offering to the Canadian marketplace. We anticipate keen client interest in Canada.'
Karvy Global Services is the business process and knowledge process outsourcing subsidiary of Karvy - India's largest non-banking financial services institution. It offers outsourced data processing, data mining, CRM analytics, statistical modelling and survey research as well as call centre services.
