ABI Research Expands into UK
US technology MR firm ABI Research has opened its first European office in London. The company has employed research and sales teams in the UK for some time, and now plans to further develop its operations across Europe.
The firm's key executive management, back office staff, IT, marketing and production operations remain in its office in Oyster Bay, near New York. ABI also has offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and Hong Kong.
ABI President, Tim Archdeacon, says it was 'important to establish a new presence in the heart of one of the world's great financial and business cities'. He points out that the new office offers 'more direct access to the research talent demanded by the company's rapid growth', as well as proximity to UK clients and media operations.
