FIRM Shakes up On-Site Research with Kiosk
MR software company FIRM has announced plans to launch Confirmit Kiosk, a new module of Confirmit which it says will 'revolutionize market research activities such as mall interviewing and onsite product testing'.
The product promises the collection of 'instant market insight' from respondents tapped at the time when interaction with the product or service is fresh in their minds. It supports self-interviewing or self-completion, promising to significantly reduce interviewer bias; and is fully integrated with the web-centric Confirmit platform and Confirmit Reportal.It can be implemented in both online or offline locations.
FIRM's VP of Marketing Kjell Øksendal comments: 'Utilizing Confirmit Kiosk, MR agencies can establish stand alone mall-interviewing centers and get one step closer to their respondent groups for immediate market insight without the need for extensive interviewer staffing of traditional methods.' The 'Here and Now' collection and the ability to report live on results will provide increased speed and relevance, says Øksendal - 'two of the main ingredients for gaining a competitive edge and in turn, increased Return on Investment.'
