TNS Healthcare Adds to BusDev Team
TNS Healthcare has appointed Paula Paradise as Vice President, Business Development. She worked at IMS Health in many senior positions in addition to spells at Elan, Wood MacKenzie and recently IMPACTRx.
Paradise has almost 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with a strong focus in marketing, MR and information analysis. She joins from IMPACTRx, where she served as Director, Business Development. Prior to this, she was Vice President, Client Management at Wood MacKenzie, a global life sciences research and consulting firm. Previous roles included AD at integrated pharmaceutical and drug delivery company Elan, and a number of senior sales and marketing positions at IMS Health. These included Senior Analyst, Account Manager; Director, New Business Development; Marketing Director, Disease, Treatment and Outcomes; and Senior Director, Marketing for IMS Health Consulting. Her achievements during this time include winning the firm's Customer Focus and Outstanding Performance Award and launching the first claims database.
She holds a BA in Chemistry from Wheaton College, an MS in Forensic Chemistry from Northeastern University and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. Joseph's University.
