Financial Specialist Joins GfK NOP
GfK NOP have hired Sarah Spanbok, previously Client Services Director at BPRi, as Director managing their HBOS client account. She will also be charged with reviewing the firm's processes for account management and new business development.
At BPRi Spanbok was team leader for customer satisfaction, employee research and mystery shopping projects. She has extensive experience in researching the financial services sector.
Nick Watkins, Managing Director of GfK Financial, says Spanbok is 'ideally positioned to understand what our clients need and expect from their account manager and research, and where we can offer further improvements to our services.'
