Nielsen / NetRatings Merger Concluded
The Nielsen Company has completed its merger with NetRatings, Inc. NetRatings becomes a privately held company, wholly owned by Nielsen and its subsidiaries, and with its shares delisted on Friday from the Nasdaq Global Market.
The deal was formally approved by the stockholders of NetRatings at a special meeting on Friday.
