Ford Veteran Joins Compete
Online researcher Compete, Inc. has hired Ford veteran Mike Jennings as General Manager of its fast-growing Automotive Practice.
Jennings spent twenty years in sales and marketing at Ford Motor Company, in roles including brand management and digital marketing, and has particular knowledge of the use manufacturers can make of online consumer behavior data. Scott Ernst, Chief Client Officer of Compete, Inc. says Jennings 'understands exactly what our automotive clients need to be effective'.
Jennings says he is 'excited to be part of a company that is helping the industry define the way vehicles are bought and sold online', explaining: 'Compete's unique insights around relevant market issues, such as gas prices, most shopped cars or marketing launches enable manufacturers to better respond to customer behavior.'
