Vovici Launches Integrated MR Tool

Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) provider Vovici has added a new market research tool to its EFM Community product, exploiting its experience working with Nielsen on its Homescan panel.

The firm claims its new product - EFM Community MR - will 'reinvent the role of the market researcher' by eliminating the complexities in the web survey life cycle. The tool provides an integrated solution that includes questionnaire authoring, client collaboration, panel/respondent management and real-time results reporting and analysis.

Dean Wiltse, Vovici Chairman and CEO said that since organisations have been conducting more and more surveys online without involving traditional research firms, they have lost control over the quality of the information gathered and the security of respondent information.

He explained: 'EFM Community MR empowers the market research firm to collaborate with its clients throughout the online survey process, ensuring better results and decision making.'

Vovici has recently extended its relationship with Nielsen to include constituent feedback for Nielsen's Homescan consumer panel. The firm says that the design and features of EFM Community MR were driven by this relationship with Nielsen.

'Vovici has enabled us to maintain a greater than 70% response rate to our online survey invitations with the sizeable Homescan panel of consumer shoppers,' said John Toomey, Senior VP Operations, Nielsen Homescan & Spectra.

Vovici (pronounced voh-VEE-see) was re-branded in April when it also launched its EFM Continuum product suite (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6641.htm ). The firm is headquartered in Virginia, has regional offices in Massachusetts, Arizona, Singapore and the UK and is online at www.vovici.com. Nielsen's web site is at www.nielsen.com.
