Texas Launch for Property MR Service
Market Share Resources (MSR) has expanded into Texas with the roll out of two real estate research services designed specifically for title companies, mortgage lenders and real estate brokers.
The firm's new A La Carte service offers reports in categories including 'emerging markets', 'top producing agent' and 'million dollar club', to help brokers focus their marketing activity; and via its monthly subscription-based MTA (Market Trend Analyser) Report Generator offers nearly 60 reports with dynamic grouping and sorting.
CEO Stephan Constantinou says that prior to the launch of the new services the only statistical reports available provided data based on deeds of properties: the new tools provide specific real estate research 'based on the professionals involved in the transactions' as opposed to data based on deeds of properties.
