Livingston Leads New Look Board for QRCA

In the US, the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) has announced its new board roster and appointed clinical psychologist Dr Sharon Livingston as its President.

Dr Sharon LivingstonLivingston co-founded marketing and research agency The Livingston Group with her husband Glenn. As President, she and her team specialise in all phases of motivational research, brand imagery and creative ideation applied to marketing. She has a twenty-five year background of interviewing professionals, employees and consumers in group settings, and has consulted for dozens of major US companies.

She is also a founding member of QRCA, a member of the Qualitative Research Council of the Advertising Research Foundation, the American Marketing Association, the American Academy of Counselors and the National Association of Female Executives. Livingston has a PhD in Psychology.

The QRCA has also appointed:
  • Christine Kann, Owner of CSK Marketing, as VP
  • Abby Leafe, MD of Customer Strategy Consulting, as Treasurer
  • Nancy Hardwick, President of Hardwick Research, as Secretary.
Five new Directors have also been named:
  • Martha Guidry, Principal of The Rite Concept
  • Ilka Kuhage, Founder of IKM in Germany
  • Peter Lovett, Founder and Chairman of Consumer Profile Group in the UK
  • Joel Reish, President and Founder of Next Level Research
  • Nancy Ulrich, President of Ulrich Research Services.
