Synovate's Londoners Under One Roof

As planned, global agency Synovate has brought its London-based teams into a single flagship location in Minerva House, London Bridge, SE1.

The company says the new location, comprising 50,000 square feet over four floors, is a response to its rapid growth over the last four years, and 'will support its current evolution and future growth.' The move was announced almost a year ago.

The company says the office's modern design 'reflects the company's brand DNA of 'curiosity'' as well as 'delivering operational efficiency and supporting environmental best practice'. Michelle Norman, CEO Synovate UK, describes Synovate as 'a challenger brand' and explains: 'our vision was of one brand and a space that encapsulates what we're all about. We sought an environment that would not separate management from teams but would inspire cohesion, fluidity and vibrancy. That's exactly what we have.' She adds: 'Not only will this environment enable us to better attract great talent, it will equip and inspire our existing talent to deliver the kind of insights that set us apart in the eyes of our clients.'

Synovate employs over 5,700 staff in 121 cities across 57 countries and is online at www.synovate.com .
