New Tool Cuts Mystery Shopping Costs
Toronto-based QA and research supplier Sensors Quality Management (SQM) has launched an online mystery shopping tool aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in North America and named MyShop.
The product uses a library of standard questions to allows clients to set up an evaluation form online, providing a low cost front-end for a mystery shopping survey.
In addition to MyShop and other mystery shopping projects, SQM also offers clients a range of other services including field merchandising, online comment cards, internal audit software, and integrated customer feedback programs. The company was founded in 1993 and is online at www.sqm.ca .
