PSB Launches Tracking Plus Tool

In the US, WPP-owned market research and strategic communications consultancy Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates (PSB) has launched a new tool to offer clients advances in operations, sampling and deliverables.

The firm says most tracking studies repeat the same questions every month or quarter and provide a basic assessment of a company's standing, with most resources dedicated to data gathering and very little useful insight gained.

According to SVP Dr Larry Schack, the new Tracking Plus goes 'beyond the data', to give clients the insights they need to beat off the competition. Key features include:
  1. Agile operations - available 24/7/365 to enable clients to work quickly from questionnaire design to generating insights and recommendations.
  2. Sample quality assurance - maximizing the number of quality responses instead of just the number of possible responses.
  3. Dynamic reporting of market insights - aligned against key priorities to inform business decisions.
'Tracking Plus will deliver project management efficiencies and also the strategic insight our clients expect,' said COO Jonathan Gardner. 'We have been doing tracking work for more than 30 years, and our new tool will enable our tracking business to grow and expand our global reach.'

Founded in 1975, PSB offers communications consulting and market research to the political and corporate world. With offices in five US cities as well as Hong Kong, China and London, the firm is on the web at www.psbresearch.com .

In November, former Clinton advisor Don Baer was appointed Chairman of PSB.
