Fast 50 Recognition for Tech MR Firms

Two Internet-driven research firms have confirmed their rapid rise with rankings in Deloitte's regional and national Technology Fast 50 lists. GMI is 13th in Washington State with five-year growth of 1,096%, and Vision Critical fifth in Canada with 5,298% growth.

GMI, which made its state list for the fourth consecutive year, was founded in 1999 and has its world headquarters in Seattle. President and CEO Mike Brochu comments: 'We can attribute our successful growth to our commitment to staying on the leading edge of innovation, combined with our dedication to listening to and evolving with the needs of our customers.'

Custom panels specialist Vision Critical leapt to fifth from fifteenth place this year. CEO Angus Reid credits the revenue growth to 'the collaboration of research and technology experts to create a world leading online research platform'.

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least five years, have revenues of at least $5 million, own proprietary technology, be headquartered in and conduct research and development activities in North America. A panel of industry experts evaluates and judges companies.
