Edinburgh Office for Tangible Data

In the UK, Cello-owned online and offline data specialist Tangible Data is expanding its operations into Edinburgh and has appointed Yvonne Balfour to head up the new office.

Yvonne BalfourBalfour joined the firm (formerly known as Navigator) in 1994 and took on the role of MD in 2004. She has a background in design and advertising as well as direct marketing, and has been Chair of the Direct Marketing Association Scotland for the past two years.

The new office will meet Tangible Data's requirement for increased UK coverage, and its recently launched product Magellan - which integrates on and off line data for campaign management and/or CRM programmes - will now be available in Scotland along with the technical expertise for bespoke installation, project management and client training.

'I will be introducing Tangible Data to the Scottish market at ground level, both servicing the group client network and building an independent client base,' commented Balfour. It's a fantastic challenge for me and an exciting proposition I can truly believe in.'

Tangible Data was founded in 1996 and became part of the Cello Group in 2004. Earlier this year, it became part of Cello's response marketing arm, the Tangible Group.

The firm is based in Gloucestershire, and provides market research and data analysis, database design, data management, and web analytics in partnership with Intellitracker.
