Voxco Establishes International Solutions Group
Canadian-based research software firm Voxco has launched a division to focus on the quality and speed of response it provides to its international client base. Emmanuel Greciet has been promoted to lead the group.
The Voxco Solutions Group will bring together the firm's four service teams: Professional Services, Project Management, Training and Technical Support.
It will work on a global basis, with the objective of maximizing the benefits that clients obtain from their existing Voxco service.
Founder and CEO Raymond Cyr says that the launch of the new operation will enable the firm to make best use of the talents of its teams, while integrating its products and developing services further.
Greciet has been with the firm for the last four years. He was initially responsible for technical support, followed by professional services, and most recently project management. Cyr says that Greciet was the 'natural choice' for the role.
Voxco is based in Montreal, with offices in France, UK, Germany and the USA.
Earlier in the year, the firm updated its flagship application to include a data collection module via CAMI, for surveys conducted on mobile phones.
