Intellex Upgrades, Launches Reporting Software
Netherlands-based Intellex Dynamic Reporting is launching two research software products, the new Dynamic PowerPoint© Generator and an upgrade of its Data Dynamic Reporter.
DataDynamic Reporter takes users from data collection packages to Automated Powerpoint Presentations, Excel tables and charts, and offers online portals, active online reports, online tabs and customised dashboards. The Pro version promises researchers 'fast, user friendly analysis and single click charting and reporting of research data directly into MS PowerPoint and MS Excel'; and offers DP professionals VB/Java scriptable data processing and tabulating and a sophisticated coding tool for open questions.
Business Development Director Tariq Mirza says the product is 'a simple solution that doesn't require researchers or DP professionals to purchase a multitude of separate packages to report market research findings.'
Former Nebu and Voxco exec Mirza returned to the industry a year ago after a year pursuing a small business project.
The firm has also released a PowerPoint reporting tool, Dynamic PowerPoint© Generator, which offers users a choice of transferring large series of chart images to powerPoint or transferring the underlying data and creating chart objects accordingly. Says Mirza: 'Most of these beautifying and formatting packages actually ONLY exist to deliver on legacy tabulation systems that were created 30+ years ago - it's about time we as an industry re-evaluated its approach.'
